Professor Jaume Ventura has been awarded an Advanced Grant from the European Research Council for his project “Asset Bubbles and Economic Policy”. With this prize the department of Economics and Business at UPF reaches the amount of 7 ERC Grants: three ERC Advanced Grants (Jordi Gali, Jaume Ventura and Joachim Voth), and four ERC Starting Grants (Jan Eeckhout, Gino Gancia, Nicola Gennaioli and Marta Reynal-Querol).
